You must comply if you have a site targetted at under 13s, gotoquiz doesn't want to comply so under 13s can't join, to signup when under 12 you must lie about your age. -
If the parents can't control their children that is not our problem, I didn't have internet access until I was 16 you don't expect a 9 year old to actually follow that? Jesus Christ

If you were paying attention the first thing I said was that this site was inappropriate and I listed reasons why, then I told them I was not responsible for anything they see here.
At this point anything they see here is there own fault. -
