i've already defeated the champion. it's funny because the champion is easier than any elite four member.
so what game do you have again? -

Do you get the legendaries inside the team flare labs?

only the game-exclusive one. you get zygarde in terminus cave (i think that's its name) after you beat the champion. i don't know how you get mewtwo.

do NOT use the master ball on it!!! i repeat, do NOT USE THE MASTER BALL ON XERNEAS!!!!! i caught it on my first try on red with an ultra ball. i see people who have yveltal caught in a master ball and i just laugh. it only took about ten ultra balls on zygarde too. plus, using the master ball for version-exclusive legendaries is always a stupid thing to do, just catch them in ultra balls!
