I had to crawl through a bush with only a blinking strobe light for guidance. It was pitch black out, so the only time I could see anything was when the strobe light blinked on; the world around me was literally blinking on and off in a fast pace. I had a seizure when I was little, so this could've knocked me out again.
But it didn't! I survived and got out of the bush....leaving my iPod inside and having to crawl back in. I have long hair and it kept getting pulled out by those branches.I just hope there weren't ticks in there e-e I soon discovered, with the light of the blinking world that my favorite and most expensive pair of pants.
This was only 20 minutes of work.
I have the rest of the weekend ahead of me.

And I didn't even mention the flyering. It was cold when I was doing that, walking the dark city streets alone, just to collect money I don't even get a share of.
This is what nonprofit is.
It sucks.
But I love it.
It's my life. -
