Government shut down and now both of my parents don't have jobs because they both work at the base.

Hopefully it won't be a long one. Fun Fact, the longest Government shutdown was for 21 days. Lets just hope that it will just be for a few days and when they start back up they should be given compensation for the days that they would have worked, as per usual.

I meant when they get everything back on track and people working jobs, they should get paid what they would have gotten paid for on their days that they didn't work.
