I've always considered that if you're a mature user one year old or older, you're not a newb.

It's annoying how some people label newbies as annoying, why does being a newbie have to be such a negative thing? -
It doesn't necessarily have to be a negative thing. But a lot of newbies are annoying.
I try be best to be mature. -
Newbies are the gtq 'young', the next gtq generation. You shouldn't be mad at them for being new, just like child abuse, it will not neccesarily raise bad people, but still worse than someone in a loving family, we should be nice to everyone, then the old gtq will someday return.

The old GTQ is different according to every user. For one user to be happy, another has to be upset. It's life.
