They're all right. You sound more like your actively searching for a friend than someone to love. You're looking for a superficial relationship that will just leave you feeling more depressed than before.
Don't let being single get you down. Go out, be friendly and talk to people. I don't care if you're socially awkward. Step out of your comfort zone. Surprise yourself. Push yourself to be as social as you think you can and then smile and go further.
And then after you've done all this and you have all this life experience under your belt, maybe you'll figure out what you're really looking for in a relationship. And that special person won't be so hard to find because they will be right in front of you. You just never knew it. -
