Fear is pretty damn important against death. If you don't fear death something is wrong with you.

I don't fear death. I fear the pain before death. But I'm seriously not scared of dying anymore. Actually, there is a chance that I die in a young age because of heart diseases or diabets. (Family stuff.) But eh, I'm okay right now.

I know this is old but I wanna say something.
Having blood cancer and not being afraid DOES NOT make you cool. You should be worried. And if you're actually serious, then I would be a lot more concerned >.>
