I almost stepped on a spider yesterday. But I stopped and let it cross and it went on its merry way.
For the most part, I have a diplomatic relationship with spiders. -

I don't like spiders on me. If one touches me, it dies. Poisonous spiders that do not touch me will be deported by means of glassware and spoons. Anything else is fine.
