Absolute value everybody. The equation turns in to
j+13>22

Well actually this is the answer.

.... What?
Where did the negative in 22 come from? And how did those numbers disappear? -

No. Absolute value means that anything inside of it is positive.

you have to switch the signs for inequalities. -
That's only if you divide it by a negative number.
