I saw a little boy that was in first grade.. he looked depressed. I asked him, "Want to hug me?" and he said, "No one in the school wants to hug you. No one at all, except God."

Anime, we still don't see your point. Was it to inform us that you saw a little kid dressed like a girl?
You seem to keep reeling off on this fantasy that his mother was forcing him or something of that sort. That's how rumors get started and I don't think anyone here appreciates you laughing and creating horrible stories about some kid you saw dressed up as a girl. -
Bob- First of all, I'm not starting rumors. You got that ALL wrong. I really didn't care that the little boy was dressed in dress. I gave them a smile because I was being friendly.

Assumptions like these are how rumors start.
And if you didn't care why would you post it here and start coming up with ideas as to why? The first one would have been horribly scarring to a young child. Something that might affect them for the rest of their lives. -
