Well so far I've noticed that if you make and take allot of quizzes and polls you level up.

Oh and I also noticed that if you make a quiz and a certain amount of people take it you have to wait like 6-12 hours to level up.

You go to your profile and click "set your picture" and you pick a picture that's saved on your computer.
That will make the leveling up slower. -
JustAPerson- In your profile, it says: "Set picture". Bam! You get a picture. Since you're already a novice, it should be no problem :)
