I have a logical explanation and I'M SRS ABOUT THIS
The mix of cultures.
Mexico is more Americanized and still is getting more and more American. There McDonalds in the second least populated state for crying out loud.
We don't even call each other "compadres" anymore we call each other "broder (brother)".
