Underground. They don't flash their image. They don't want publicity for the things they do, like a lot of the hyped up gangs and mafia fathers you hear about in the media. They're in it strictly for the profit, and very few people know of them. These are typically the more serious criminals. The ones that are very difficult to track, and very difficult to convict.
