You have a bunch of newbs join. They form a clump (sonic and br0wnies). Then more hook on (mcqueen etc). Even more clump on. Even more. And a bit more come and go. They think they're better as they're a giant clique however and act like a bunch of high ar
se officials.
They never have to prove their shit.
They never learn to float on their own.

It takes about a year or two for newer users to adjust and learn(most of the time atleast,some sooner)(unless they leave)If they're still that way after a long amount of time then we just need to learn and accept the fact thats just how they are and move on.
