The vocabulary. Oh gosh, there's a long list I could give. xD
The English language basically looks like this: a quarter French, a quarter Latin, a quarter Germanic, and a quarter all other influence.

Arabic? Nah, I have very little knowledge of that language. x3
English in it's early stages, Old English, was actually very different from what we speak now. It was largely influenced by Scandinavia and West German languages. :3 -
I don't get how I can easier remember near gibberish than a constructed language.
