I look at Okami "what did you just call me?"

"You misunderstood. It's Japanese for 'This lake is beautiful.'" I say.

I blushed feeling foolish. "I'm sorry i'm a bit rusty on mu japanese, but yes it is" I giggled nervously.

"That's Okay." I say. I sat by the lake and dipped my hand in it. "Hm, it's really cold..." I take my hand out of the lake. "Once it gets a little warmer we might be able to swim." I mumble.

I blushed at the thought of being half naked with Okami. "Sure that'd be fun" I smiled.

I forgot that Sherry was there and was startled that she heard my thought of being "half-naked" with her. I blushed, looking away quickly with wide-eyes.

I didn't mean to hear his thoughts, it's just one of my ablilities. I realized he knew and felt guilty "i'm sorry I heard your thoughts" I said shyly.

"You don't have to say sorry." I say sheepishly.

"Oh..ok then i'm not" I smiled. I gathered my courage, "Listen Okami I know we've been friends a long time, and I would never do anything to damage our friendship but I was wondering ..how do you feel about me?". I looked away nervously.

"Uh-well--I-" I stagger. "You're cute." I say quietly.
