its a dvd workout that helps you lose a lot of weight in 2 months. it looks really intense

they have other work out dvds that arent so intense. i just dont wanna be fat...overweight anymore

i know babe. but if i dont do this then i can have some serious health problems....there's a history of congenital heart failure and diabetes in my family. which is brought on by weight...so i wanna be a healthy weight. plus if we have babies id gain 40lbs at the least
