I looked at her and without hesitation kissed her
again except this time it meant way more than just a kiss -
This time I let him kiss me. He's a great person, I should be aloud around him. This was the most romantic kiss ever. Evening, holding hands, in an empty cornfield with much privacy. This is what I wanted. It's all I wanted.

This was a sign, definitely a sign that he is the one for me.

I knew we had missed most of the day of school but we both didnt seem to mid as we joked around and told stories and kissed until we needed air again. and then talked some more

We had a good night. We were all alone, and we eventually fell asleep together, holding hands in a pile of maple leaves.

(Next Morning) We were still sleeping. I woke up, stretching and realizing that we're still in the cornfield.

I looked around, then down at Riley. I lay back down.

I look up at the sky, looking at the shapes of the clouds. Then I look at Riley again and he wakes up.

I was pretty sure my breath smelled of mourning breath but I didn't care I smiled and said "mourning beautiful"

I just realized our palms were still touching together but I just sat there and smiled.
