Losing friends: They aren't real friends. You're awesome and it's their loss.
Picked on: It'll seem like a wimpy move, but tell a teacher or switch schools if you can. A lot of people move around during high school.
Failing: Try a tutor or staying after. Even people here might be able to help. -
