@Arisu: Yeah. My week of reading has consisted of vampires, trolls, and mermaid cannibals. So superpowers is kind of a break for my mind. xP -

Well the correct term in the book is sirens. But they turn into mermaids as well as monster birds and eat innocent men's internal organs.

Yeah, totally, describing their innards spilling out of a huge gash that goes from there chest to their belly button and maggots crawling all over them, slowly decomposing their dead bodies. Totally exciting.
