These are not official designs for the two. I can assure you that if they had the designs for Brazzy and Mexi, they would have some for Arg too. Not just that, but by now there would have been official profiles (even if himapapa is a professional procrastinator) of these two.
The sketches are pretty old and here and there I see people fangirling over them, thinking they're official. Last time I remembered, it was said that these were never found on Hima-papa's blog.
