  When you think of it,get your closest friend. They will not be annoyed since you are best friends. Talk to her/him about it. If they don't listen,I'll be more than welcome to listen.

  Dark, ok,(this is my 1st time with this question btw) try to get them in a calm,nice,peaceful mood. Tell them very quietly, "I do really love you,it is what I feel. I hope you feel the same"
