ugh fin
Taskasu poked the window. Outside, he could see nothing but trees and leaves. Birds and deer. To him, it'd be nice to go out. But he couldn't. Not yet. -
Fuse sat outside the shrine that held the key to heaven, dozing beside a pillar. A fish swam in a sphere of water that sat beside her, it's scales glittering silver and crimson in the sunlight.
-
He stared out for a few minutes, boredness over coming him. He sighed. Takasu walked into his library.
-
Fuse opened an eye as a ghost headed for the shrine. She watched carefully, then when she was sure the ghost was safe, she moved her legs, letting the spirit past.
-
He picked out a book and sat down on the floor. Takasu began to read.
-
This happened a couple more times, until a demon emerged from the bushes. Fuse stood up quickly, blocking the entrance.
The demon snarled. -
"Haha. France...sounds nice....Big place..." Takasu muttered, turning the page. He was reading a history book his parents had left there. It was boring to anyone else. But to Takasu...it was learning.
-
"Koteiru." Fuse said, and the fish in the sphere transformed into a spear. She pointed it at the demon, waiting for it to make a move..
-
Takasu's eyes light up as he continued to read. The whole thing was interesting. Now he really wanted to go and explore.
-
The demon lunged, and Fuse just held out the spear. Before the demon even touched it, it disintegrated in a flash of light.
-
He glanced at the door. It wasn't sealed, it was unlocked....like always. He glanced around. No one was there.
-
Fuse yawned and stretched, sprawling out lazily beside the shrine again. Koteiru transformed back into a fish, swimming happily in his spear.
-
Takasu began to walk towards the door.
-
Fuse decided she'd take a walk, so she began to draw a circle around the shrine by dragging her toe through the dirt.
-
He silently touched the knob. It was cold. With its golden looks, and neber being touched, he fondly held it in hands before turning it and pushing. Heat and warmth filled the small spot as he opened the door. Takasu gasped, walking out.
