The best to do is try to get your mind off of it. Even if my mom annoys me with silliness sometimes, I find trying to keep a positive outlook and fake it til you make to work sometimes. Take deep breaths, and try to clear your mind. And if any of your friends in real life don't get it, that's their problem.
