I gasp not knowing someone followed me. I was very quiet.

"Thank you for what you did back there..." He smiled at her a bit.

I just quietly said "Your Welcome"

He hesitated for a moment, then hugged her.

I hugged back. "Everyone's gonna hate me now" I whisper.

"If it changes anything, I don't hate you. And besides, most of the people there have the memory of a goldfish. They'll have forgotten it by the end of the class." He rubbed her back gently, whispering as well.

"Then that makes me stupid because I hanged out with those people every since..."

"I'm sure you're better than them. Things will be worse the longer you're out here. Come back inside with me, please?" He let go of her, his hand still lingering on her arm.

I shake my head no. "I can't go back..."

I got to go phones dying be on tomorrow.

Okay, see you then.
"You kind of have to. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to stay out here a little longer..." -
I smile slightly and look down at the ground.
