I started rubbing some wood together and a fire lit. I put ot down on more wood and a soon had a flaming fire. I put some meat over the fire and but my thick blanket on top of the rock J slept on. I had salvaged some things from my house, and I had brought plenty of warm blankets. I slipped on some thick clamber clothing and went over to get the deer. I ate in silence, thinking about Austin. When I went to bed that night, I dreamed of the explosion.

I didn't ask in dinner, though. After dinner, I went upstairs and listened to music. Mostly, Michael Jackson. -
We were all in school, I was leaning up against my locker talking and laughing with John. He loved me, I loved him. The only one I ever loved and will love. Suddenly, a big noise went off. People were screaming, John and I ran to the window. I screamed to him "THE POWER PLANT HAS EXPLODED!" He grabbed me tight in a hug. We ran out the door. I kissed him and we ran seperate ways to our homes. I went to his house later, but he wasn't there. K never saw him again. I don't think he's dead, but he certainly isn't around here.

I didn't know I fell asleep, but I did and woke up to see that my sister was about to pour water on my head. Justine was punkish. She has a emo cut and dyes part of it green and pink and white, and keeps the rest her hair black, her natural color. I also found Alex looking through my CDs. Justine was twins with Alex but they're inferno twins. Alex has brown hair and brown eyes with a hint of green. Justine has really dark black hair and light blue eyes. And i have brown hair; like my brother; and green eyes which I didn't inherit from my parents.

I wake up, panting and missing John worse than ever. That loss hurt me so badly, and still does. I wonder what time school ends for Michael. I just like someone to talk to, even though I would never show it.

"Hurry up, kiddo! We've got school!" Justine practically yelled in my ear. "Hold your horses, I'm coming!" I grumble. I dress in a Nike shirt, jeans, and my black and red running shoes. "Austin! We have to go!" My Mom yelled up the stairs. I slide down the rail, grab a bag of chips, and run to the car. When I get to school, I'm greeted by Cloe and Nico. My two best friends. -

I sigh, pulling out my notebook and pen. I have been working on a series ever since the accident. Nothing else to do here.

"Hey!" They say in together. Chloe and Nico are dating now, by the way. "So, how are you two love birds?" I ask, joking. "Oh, nothing. Just making out, and the usually." Nico says back, but I know he's joking.
