Unknown, Ive heard human Jumpers have a genetic mutation that allows them, but neither I nor my contacts have found any non- human Jumpers, yet.

I can't open long-distance portals myself, but I can teleport over relatively short distances... I wonder if that ability is similar?

We think... Or at least I think, that Luke may have left that room through a portal. I think he was probably there recently.
