The young man began to feel a pang of irritation. He wasn't sure what it was at, but it didn't matter. Everything would bother him. Soon his work became sloppy, and that only caused for more irritation. -
Okay. ^^
Roka tried to help where he could, noticing that the other was getting more irritated. -
What the hell's his problem?! Kumiko thought to himself as he worked, half of the time glaring at Roka. Thinks he's so sweet and he can't even realize it.. But when he realizes it.. I'll have to be pushing everyone away again. The main source of his irritation was coming from thoughts like that. Especially from all the glances from the workers.

He wasn't understanding why Kumiko was glaring at him, wondering what he could have done. He decided when they had time for a break to ask her about it.

He tried to stop thinking about those things and get back to work. Soon the irritation for Roka turned into anger at his own self for deciding to play that stupid game with someone he would have to see everyday.

When customers finally settled down, Roka sighed, going up to 'her' politely. "Hey, Kumiko, can I talk to you for a second?"

Kumiko looked like he was caught off guard, but he nodded anyways. "Okay, Roka." This upset him greatly. Had Roka really noticed all the glares?

Walking to the side lightly, he gave her a sad look. "Um, I was wondering... did I do something to offend you? I'm sorry, I just don't want you mad at me or anything. If I did I really didn't mean to and I'm sorry."

The other young man averted his eyes from Roka and turned away. He seemed somewhat upset. "I want you to come talk to me after work." That was the only thing he said.

"O-Oh, okay." Roka nodded, slightly worried. A customer came in, so they had to go back to work. Oh no, have I been too forward with her?! I'd feel so bad if I did something to hurt her...

Kumiko nodded and returned back to work without any other word. His work was still sloppy due to all the things going through his mind.

It felt like the end of the day would never come, and it made Roka feel incredibly nervous. His work wasn't as top notch either, and mentally cursed himself when he did something wrong.

During what remained for that day, Kumiko found himself noticing Roka's much more easily. He wanted to yell, but he could not. His anxiety was stronger than his irritation.

When it was finally over, Roka watched as others filed out, waiting for Kumiko as he cleaned up his work station.
