  How could I hate Coldplay? Let's start from the top:
  
  1. Chris Martin sings like a cat with a bladder infection
  2. Viva La Vida and Mylo Xyloto are two of the most indulgent pieces of crap I've ever heard
  3. They're not musical geniuses. They made an entire career of ripping off U2 and Radiohead.
  4. Their music is basically just whiny garbage
  5. METAL OWNS ALL!!!

  So everyone else can express their opinions... but not me? Just because I dare to disagree and refuse to except mediocrity? That kinda bugs me. I don't go around knocking people just for the hell of it. I leave that to the trolls.

  @tongue I think what she's saying is 'why do you only say negative thing?'. It's okay to leave opinons, but do they all have to start with 'Ugh' or 'Ew' or 'I hate'?

  Yes they do, because I find the fact that mediocrity is not only accepted but embraced so widely to be appalling. And not everything I post here is negative.

  I'll admitt I'm not a huge fan of Coldlay, but I don't see a thread that says 'Who Loves Coldplay?!?!' and decide 'Oh, I hate them. So I'm gonna post that they suck!'

  "Yellow" is alright. And "Fix You" isn't bad, but it's a little overplayed. I do listen to stuff other than metal, but Coldplay isn't up my creative alley in any capacity.
