CHAPTER 1.HALLOWEEN PLANS
Well, this weekend its halloween and me and shiloh have halloween costumes and everything,we got shiloh one because i knew he would want to come.
Ma and pa say that david howard should come along cuz they dont want me to go 'lone.
I dont know how Doc is doin' cuz he took vacation for 'week.Only Mrs. Wallace is at the store and my new friend I meet in school this year named Sam.
We never thought it would happen but over two years Judd finally got nice and his dogs 'aint barkin' a tornado no more.
After I worked for 'em durin summer to get Shiloh,I started to come over after his accident and I started to maintain his crops and take care of his dogs.
I never truely got why Judd was like that until after his accident.
I bet right now your wonderin how Judd got hurt,well i'll tell ya.
It all happened like this........
Hey dad. Yes Marty? Ya think Judd will 'come nice or kind. was he ever kind when he was a kid? Well Marty outta all the years i have seen Judd,I've never seen him kind.
Hey dad,I think that Judd was nice,cuz i never seen a guy that wa'nt nice as a kid.
Well Marty i dont know what to tell ya,some people say judd is pretty mean, others just leave 'specially when Judd is 'round.
Good night dad.Good night Marty.
As I lay in bed sleeplissly, even though i know everything is o.k,somthing dont feel right,its even worse havin Shiloh in the woods.
Suddently I heard a peircin bark,knew it was mine,he keeps on barkin until i get up dad follows me and becky and daralynn stay with mom.
We take couple of flashlights and run towards the bark.We see Shiloh,but no other dog.
I'm relived.We follow Shiloh but dad drops his flashlight,it gets soaked,so he runs back to the house.
I think to myself (I'm all alone.)I run to the bridge,Shiloh dont cross 'jus 'cuz the way Judd treat him.
But then...........I find a fliped over car then i worry that looks like judds car,its horrible even though judd is pretty bad.
I rush down to see if he is okay,hes groanin somethin too hard to make out.
I call for help and then i see dad with a flashlight,I tell him to stay here and make sure that hes alive,as i run for a phone.
While I'm gone dad trys to get the door open it dont budge.Then he find a crushed can of beer by his hand.
Dad knows what happend.
As i run for help the closest phone happens to be Mrs.white,she just moved here from carolinia.
Thanfully shes up at 3 every morning she was sipping her coffee and she hears me at the door,she opens it and before she says anything I blurt out Judd is almost dead.
When i say that, she dials 911.
I am panting like a black lab by time i get back to dad,judd is moaning,and twitching his hand.
Finally the paramedics come,the have at least eight men,now Im terrified cuz Judd stoped groaning,but as so as he mumbles i knew he was fine.
Later that week we find out Judd sprained his neck and broke his leg.
Well at least he was o.k.
For halloween this year Im gonna be a Ranger or a Cowboy somthin along those lines.
Shiloh bein dog-gula. or lets just call him vampire shiloh.
Dad said he was gonna be a mail man,said it was nice and easy cuz that just what he do.
Ma said that she would be a nurse cuz her friend julee was one and she had that outfit but not sure why she picked to be a nurse but all I know is she did.
David howard gonna be a police zombie which is mighty weird cuz you dont see no police zombies,you dont even see police.The truth is you don't see anything here but your neighbor.
After breakfast which was eggs,bacon and sausauge,I went to Friendly to tell david bout where we goin for halloween.
We goin to Judds house cuz he takin us to his friends party.His friend lives in a huge house along near Midlebourne,he has a few kids that are bout the same age as us.
Judd gonna be warlock but his friend gonna be a pirate.
Then we trick-or-treat we hit from Judds friends house back to davids then we tell stories or somthin,i'm supposed to stay there in his house and then stay for breakfast.
Shiloh gets to go but we pick him up after the party.
The party starts at 3 and ends at 5 then we get Shiloh at five thirty and go to houses.
I tell David and he starts going in his house,and thats all she wrote.
CHAPTER 2.HAPPY HALLOWEEN
This morning I was making a photobook of me and Shiloh and ma and pa.
I had millions of photos from over the years,but i remember every one of 'em.
Daralynn made hers,Becky..made hers truth is we all made one Shiloh even helped,he fetched glue.
It was time to clean the house, i did the bedrooms and my sis's did the kitchen ma did the dinning and living room.
Judd came over and invited me to his house for punch and crackers,i accepted.
I go over and he offers me tropical or strawberry punch,so i pick tropical.He also gives me some chedder and five or so unsalted saltines,there my favorite.
I pet his dogs and they lick me.
He shows me his new garden and then he waters it.
He also shows me his costume,it was very creative.....he even had the hat and long coat they have in the supposedly true books.
I go home and feed Shiloh and give him water.
An hour later at one we go to Judds,just me and David howard.The party was ready and we were 'bout to 'rive.
When the party was over and Judd drove us back my house,David and I got Shiloh and i got my clothes in the car for Dad to drop off at Davids and we left.
Trick or treating was fun,we first stoped at Mrs.White,then Mr.Oliveira,Sammy Turner,Judd,The Wallece's,Mrs.Fallow and Ms.Amerstan. -
