Ivy's heart pounded. They were all bruised and bloody. Climbing barbwire fences, avoiding guard dogs, and digging out of thier cell was'nt easy.
Mina looked tired, and Aubry was breathing heavy.
A gunshot rung out, and everyone turned when they heard a yowl.
"BOOTS!"Mina screamed, running back, toward the guards with guns.
Iggy's eyes widened, but before he could do anything Ivy shot after her, following her muddy outline.
"Fire!"The guards call rang out.
"NO!"Ivy screetched, kneeling in front of Mina and extending her elegent silky green wings.
"IVY!"Aubry called, running over.
A lone gunman shot, the bullet piercing Aubry's shoulder, the force knocking him to his knees.
"Damn.."He muttered, blood coming out of his mouth.
He fell face first..
"Aubry?"Ivy said, watching her companion's image flicker and disapear..he was dying!
Mina clung to Ivy, and Ivy crawled over to Aubry, lifting him up. Mina hung on her neck.
Iggy took Aubry, and they ran... -
