  Because if you notice, during the Cell Game Saga in DBZ where they are resting and in Vegeta's case, training to fight Cell, Goku wears the same jacket Naruto does. It isn't possible that Naruto beat him up because Goku is like way stronger, and he has Vegeta to back him up ;) Case closed
