Do You Hate AI Overview?

Ah, the AI Overview feature. Seemingly a "helpful and harmless" feature (as the AI claims), it actually isn't. It's a very horrible and very stupid AI. First of all, it doesn't even fact-check its goddamn sources or the accuracy of the information its getting from. Second of all, the AI's responses are very degrading and undermining. Third of all, this AI Overview thing just presents everything it says in its responses as fact. Fourth of all, the fact that some people are possibly relying on this AI Overview thing is just driving me insane. Also, after they introduced the AI Mode feature as well, it not only worsened my mental state, it increased my risk of getting heart diseases and more aneurysms. Why? Because both of these features are the same concept. Getting information from these stupid sources and it is your fault you relied on them and it is also just stupid and not worth anyone's time. Sundar Pichai and the others introducing AI Overview and the other AI features (and possibly more) is jut unnecessary and it's as if he's saying, "Regardless if you like it or not, we're still going to introduce more and more AI and incorporate it onto Google Search. Deal with it and stop your whining".

When it comes to my experience, I hate this feature. And not just this choppy AI Overview nonsense that acts like a know-it-all who acts as if it knows everything but in reality, it doesn't. And it is so rude and condescending, starting with, "It sounds like", "It seems that", "It appears that", "It looks like", and whatever. And don't even get me started whenever it says, "you're not alone". I. HATE. THIS. PHRASE. In general, I hate this phrase. It is so offensive, rude, condescending, arrogant, obnoxious, and annoying. It doesn't help at all. This AI is so bad. Sundar you suck.

  1. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview is inaccurate and wrong most of the time (if not all the time)?
  2. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview and AI Mode both provide these unnecessary, over-the-top, excessively wordy "detailed breakdowns" and the fact that it even makes finding simple information confusing?
  3. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview acts as a morality lecturer and focuses on the fact that you use profane language in your search queries to attempt to disable it? How about when you try to curse at the AI Overview/AI Mode and express your true hatred towards these AIs, they tell you to "please use respectful language"?
  4. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview is appearing below the first few sites sometimes? By default, it's at the top, but it's sometimes below the first few sites/links, which makes it annoyingly unpredictable. But do you hate it?
  5. Do you hate the fact that Google took away the swearing trick (cursing in your search queries in order to disable the AI Overview) (with the AI Overview AND AI Mode not being disabled because of this), as well as the "-ai" trick? Do you hate the fact that you get an AI Overview response about how to disable the AI Overviews?
  6. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview/AI Mode is still all in-your-face regardless of the fact that you don't want it or trying to find some simple answers without needing any help from these AIs?
  7. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview is just spewing out nonsensical claims still, by making things up, as if they were indeed factual claims? Do you hate the fact that their "detailed breakdowns" are practically useless and garbage because of this? They seem to also sometimes not even know how to get the information from certain websites (like GoToQuiz for instance), so it's as if the information doesn't exist. I'm not saying it's all about GoToQuiz, it's in a general sense.
  8. Do you hate how difficult it is to find good support and good resources these days due to the fact that AI is just continuing to be shoved down our throats and bombarding us in our faces?
  9. Do you hate the AI Overview and AI Mode's suggestions? Don't you want the old, traditional, helpful suggestions without any of those AI garbage telling you what to do?
  10. Do you think that Sundar Pichai and the others making these AI features, regardless of the fact that we love or hate it (who in the hell would want to love these AI garbage) is the wrong decision? Do you think that their claims about these AI features being helpful is inaccurate?
  11. Do you hate the fact that AI Overview doesn't even acknowledge how bad it is sometimes?
  12. Do you hate when the AI Overview says something like, "It depends on the context" or "It could be" or "It may be" (along with a horribly extensive "detailed breakdown")? It doesn't sound clear at all and it's very vague, especially when you try to ask it simple yes or no questions.
  13. Finally: Do you hate the fact that AI Overview and AI Mode (and possibly other new AI features that evil S**tdar P***chai) will still be existing (possibly indefinitely)?
