  3. Now drink three large glasses of water or hit skip
  4. Now do twenty five pushups
  5. Now think about the grossest thing you can imagine
  6. Now lean over where you are supposed to vomit and imagine yourself vomiting
  7. Now imagine eating the grossest food possible.
