Which side are you on during the triple revolution ?

This test is about the althistory scenario Liberty Fallen, in it, the soviet union won the cold war. Most of the former western block turned to a new ideology called "Democratic Communism".

In France, a revolution began in 1992 after years of economic crisis. In this test, discover which faction you would have sided with, between the different socialist and anti-socialist groups.

The revolution has begun, what is your stance on it ?
- Oppose it. We always knew this would happen, this revolution is only the logical endpoint of the republic. This is why France needs a king.
- Oppose it. Communism goes against all the ideas and values our great nation is built upon.
- Oppose it. While the workers are rightfully angry, communism is a dangerous and failed anti-democratic ideology that will only bring misery. Real change will come through the ballot box.
- Support it. This is the way to finally adopt the democratic communist model of the PUA.

What do you think caused the revolution ?
- The collapse of the United States and the following economic crisis made a revolution unavoidable

What is your stance on Democratic Communism as theorised by Gus Hall ?
- This is our best option and what we must strive for.
- It could be a good, as a transition towards a soviet style dictatorship of the proletariat
- It's an oxymoron, no form of communism can ever be democratic. Ask these "democratic" communists what happens if you vote for a capitalist party.
- "Democratic Communism" is the bourgeoisie's final trick to save itself by pretending the revolution succeeded. We must resist it completely.

The british revolution was the first anti-soviet socialist revolution to succeed. What is your stance on the british revolution and the ideology of "syndicalist-labourism" that emerged from it ?
- While we are not syndicalist, we recognize the historical importance of the british revolution and its influence on our democratic communism
- The british revolution was fundamentally revisionist, if not reactionary
- The events in Britain are only more evidences of how damaging communism is
- The success of "syndicalist-labourism" is proof that our national syndicalism can succeed too, it is an inspirations for all of us
- In the North, the anti-communist have resisted and maintain their state with an iron fist. After our victory, this is what we will do too

- George Marchais, the current head of the PCF. A clearly pro-soviet figure but capable of compromises for the good of the revolution
- Jacques Jurquet, the head of the more radical, stalinist opposition in the PCF
- Gus Hall, the founder of Democratic Communism
- Enrique Rodríguez Galindo, the spanish general who just couped the spanish government to prevent the revolution from being spread there. A strongman who, like Franco before him, will bring order and resist the communist plague
- Charles De Gaulle, the french ww2 hero and founder of the 5th republic
- Piotr Kropotin, a student of Bakunin and a key anarchist theorist
- George Valois, a major national-syndicalist figure
- Leon Trotsky, the leader of the soviet left-wing opposition to Stalin
The counter-revolutionaries have been defeated on the mainland, and are fleeing to Guyane, where the FN and army have couped wjhat's left of the government. On the other side, the "revolutionary transitional council" of the PCF and the PGS has drafted the constitution of the new 6th Republic under a democratic communist system. George Marchais, of the PCF argues that it's only a temporary step toward soviet style one-party rule.
