Are you ready for...
Our "When Will I Die" Quiz?

  1. Hey, its ilyvolleyball! Ohh what a lame name, oh well ((: the long anticipated (at least by me...) Vampire Academy Love Story series. I know I prepared a lot for this. I want to thank @Freeze, who gave me the idea to actually make a quiz, and you should definitely check out her Vampire Academy series as well. In this series you are: __________ (insert name of your choice), a moroi in your senior year at Saint Vladimir's. You specialized in water. An element you have yet to find a purpose to. Your best friend is Mason, and it's been that way since the fourth grade.
  2. Those of you who read the Vampire Academy series can skip this part. A Brief Overview of Vampire Academy. Deep in the woods of Montana, there is a castle called Saint Vladimir's Academy. Named after a great saint to the humans, whom was also a vampire. Moroi (living vampires who have fangs but are very much alive and do not die in the sunlight but only suffer fatigue) come here to learn essential life skills and more about elemental powers. Dhampirs (half human, half vampire hybrids with outstanding athletic abilities) come to train so they can one day protect their own moroi and become guardians. But mostly, moroi and dhampirs seek refuge within the magical wards that protect them from Strigoi. The undead, unnatural creatures that cannot go out in daylight, and kill innocent humans and vampires alike.
  3. No one at St. Vlad's knew what an eventful week it would be. Mason, your trusty sidekick/spy found out that a week or two ago a guardian named Dimitri Belikov had set off after Rose Hathaway and Vasilisa Dragomir. Somehow, the word got out and people had started betting on what condition this Belikov guy would came back in. You were no fool like your immature classmates. Mason had actually taken you to one of these dhampir gatherings last night. "Why do you have that look on your face _______?" He had asked. "What look?" You'd replied, innocently. He raised a brow. "That look you get when you criticize everything." He'd said. "Well, I don't get how some of these dhampirs can be so ignorant. Hell, Rose may be the best novice in the world. But this Belikov guy... he's a fully trained gaurdian. You guys if all people should know not even Rose has a chance." You'd explained. Mason had just smiled at you. "Thinking about me? Mason said as he came up behind you, hauling a gym bag. "What on earth is in there!? A dead body?" You exclaimed. "Nope. Eddie decided it would be so generous to loan me his bag, since I don't have one. If I carry both of our stuff. And I swear Eddie packs rocks." Mason playfully complained.
  4. Eddie Castile was Mason's close friend. They met at the junior high and totally clicked. Eddie was dead set on being the best guardian there would ever be. You laughed. "You know, maybe if I had a useful element, I could help" you said. It was Mason's turn to laugh. "Like what? Fire would light it on fire. Earth... well earth doesn't do s---. And I can positively guarantee you air couldn't lift this." He said. Still, you sighed. "Well maybe if I had muscles I could help." You complained. "What on earth would you need muscles for?" He asked. "And why are you out here so early? There are still traces of sunset." He said, worrying about you, again. "I'm fine. And I might need muscles. Who knows, maybe I'll get in a fight." You said. "That won't happen." He said. "How do you know?" You countered. "Who would want to fight you?" He was right. You had many friends along the dhampirs and moroi. "A strigoi." You answered. He stopped in front of you, blocking your path. "That WON'T happen. I'd never let a strigoi get you. I would risk my life. I'm your guardian. Moroi come-" there was a fierceness in his eyes that you had to diffuse. You didn't like this Mason, you liked lighthearted Mason. "I know, I know. Moroi come first. Don't worry, Mase, I'll always be your damsel in distress." That got a smile out of him.
  5. "I'm going to head back." You said, he nodded and you split ways. You were on your way to your dorm when you saw a figure duck into the church. You snuck through the doorway with the same stealthiness he would have, although, there was no one inside so there was no use. So, breaking into a church was more of a common sense "no, no". You opened the door that had stairs that led up to the attic and stepped up them quietly. MAYBE, you could sneak up on him. You entered the attic silently. Your eyes scanned the room. No sight of him. "Not a chance." He said, somehow appearing behind you, leaning in the doorway. "You sneaky little..." you started, smiling. He shut the door. When he turned to you he was inches from you. You were tall, being a moroi and all. But only 6 feet tall at maximum. Christian had to be a couple inches taller. A snarky smile was on his face when you looked up. "Well," he said. "Isn't this a predicament?" You shoved his chest. "Shut up, Ozera." You said. "What are you doing in here?" He asked, sitting on the windowsill. You scoffed. "Following you!" You said, accusingly. Christian held up his hands in mock surrender, remember, princess, I didn't invite you along." Christian's sarcasm made everything he said lighthearted. "Princess? Where'd this nickname come from? I'm not even royal." You said. It was true. There were 12 royal families. Dragomir. Ozera. Voda. Badica. Dashkov. Ivashkov. Conta. Drozdov. Tarus. Zeklos. Szelsky. And Lazar. "You're more a princess than me." I said, laughing. "Did you just call me a princess?" Christian asked in mock shock. You smiled and nodded. "Oh, now you're asking for it." He said.
  6. Fire ignited in his hand. You smiled. "Fire always loses to water." You stated. "Depends on the wielder." He lunged at you. You jumped out of the way, pulling moisture out of the air in this, thankfully, damp place. "Careful. Don't burn yourself." You teased. "Wouldn't dream of it." He said, his snide smile faded and he got serious. You loved sparring. It gave you a rush. Moroi's shouldn't use their magic to fight. A law that was drilled into you at age 5. If Mason knew about this, he'd snap Christian's neck. But you forgot about them. It was just you and Christian. And soon, you were on the floor, pinned under his weight. "Gotcha." He teased. You let out a breath of air. "Yeah. Congratulations. Can you get off now?" You asked bitterly. Bad idea. Christian lived to piss people off. "Sure. But first you have to say: Christian Ozera is a God, and I can't compare." He smiled playfully and rolled off. The second your hands were free, you had no trouble helping him. "Hey! Easy there, Princess!" He exclaimed when you shoved him. "There you go again! Why are you calling me Princess!?" You asked. He smiled. "Because of how Ashford treats you." He smiled. "I wish he could see what you do up here." You shook your head. "No you don't. Cause he'd snap your neck." You said. You both laughed.
  7. Soon, the laughter died down. You thought of when you had first met Christian. It was last year. You needed service learning hours, so you were helping the priest move old books about Saint Vladimir to the attic. Christian was up there, asleep in the windowsill. That explained why he wasn't in class. You remembered thinking he was dangerous and that you should leave. So, of course, you poked him. "We should go." Christian said. You nodded. "I'll see you soon?" You asked. "If you want to get your ass kicked. "No way. I'll be practicing." You said. He smiled. You left Christian behind in the church. It was dark when you stepped outside which meant classes would probably start soon. You could see clearly all the way to your dorm. Your roommate was getting ready. At St. Vladimir's, you couldn't pick your roommate. Mia Rinaldi was proof of that. She hung out with the same people as you. She liked the same music, movies, she even kind of looked like you. Except younger. She looked really young. And she hated you. Then again, Mia hated everybody. You in particular but still everybody. She even hated Lissa Dragomir, before she left which was impossible because she was so nice. In 7th grade her boyfriend dumped her for you and you had even said no, but she still hated you. She also used to be Mason's friend and liked him and wanted him as her guardian. Not that she'd ever admit it.
  8. "Hey Mia," you said. She didn't even look at you. Classes are going to start soon." You said, hinting at your need for your turn in the bathroom. You got stuck at your desk, letting her think she won again. You weren't going to confront her she'd make a scene of it. "Yeah. I know. Aaron is going to pick me up." She smiled. Aaron was her boyfriend and another thing she thought she beat you at because everything was a competition to her. Aaron was a royal moroi who you kissed in the beginning of the year. You kind of liked him but Jesse asked you out first and Jesse Zeklos was the hottest vampire alive. So you said yes. So, Aaron asked out Mia. "So, you guys are still dating?" You asked. "Yeah, are you still with Jesse?" She asked, even though she was well aware you weren't. "No. He's a dick." You said. "A guy's not a dick just cause he dumps you." She said. "Your right. But I dumped him." You smiled, putting on your mascara and grabbing your backpack. "See you in class." You met up with Mason in the courtyard. "Hey, how was your morning?" He asked. "As good as it could be when you live with Baby." You said, adding your guys' longtime nickname for Mia. You sugarcoat it as you guys say it so it not only refers to her looks, but also her need to be babied. He laughed. "And yours?" You asked. "As good as it can be when you get beat up by a dummy for an hour." He smiled. A deathly silence had fallen over the crowd. Your laugh was cut short when you looked over.
  9. First, you noticed the guy's height. He had a good half a foot on you which was which was strange since he was a dhampir. Then, you noticed his looks. They were rugged, in a very hot way. His chin had little to no stubble and his dark brown hair went to his shoulders. It was dark, not as dark as Christian's or even dark enough to be DARK brown but dark. His eyes were brown too, with a look of fierceness in them. He had a long coat on that swept behind him in an eerily cliché vampire way. Only after you took in the guardian did you look at the others and the two girls that were being led by them. Everyone stood in shock as they passed. You saw your friend Natalie's face go pale. After they passed, the crowd erupted in gossip. "Oh my gosh! Do you think she'll get expelled?" "No. She's the last Dragomir." "Not her, Rose." "Damn I hope not, she's hot." "Excuse you!" "Not really what are they gonna do." "They should expel them both." The last one was Mia. You separated from the crowd and Mason followed. "Wow." He said after a few moments of stunned silence you nodded. Vasilisa Dragomir and Rose Hathaway were back. The rest of the day was full of tension, anticipation, anxiety (from Natalie), and gossip. You had heard it all from Jesse's: "I heard they called Rose's mom!" To Mia's: "Aw, who would they call for Liss?" Mia's wasn't really gossip as much as an insult.
  10. Mason was worried they'd expel Rose, who was a good friend of his. And you were friend's Natalie and Liss and were terrified they would hand Liss over to Court to figure out what to do with her, considering her whole family was dead. "My dad will take her in." Natalie said at lunch. Natalie father, Victor Dashkov, was close friends with Lissa's father before he died. He considered Lissa a niece. And even though most royal moroi called each other "cousin" when Natalie described Lissa that way, she meant it in a different way. "Poor Liss," you said. "You guys are overreacting. They won't expel Liss. She's the last Dragomir. The queen won't allow it. But Rose. Rose is 'just another' dhampir. They will expel her. The queen won't care." He said, clearly distraught. "Hey, Mase, I'm sorry..." you said. He nodded. "I've got to go." He said, leaving abruptly. You looked at Natalie. "Hey... its okay. Mason's right. They won't expel Liss. "Well yeah, but now I'm worried for Rose." You gave her a sympathetic smile. Natalie was sweet. She always looked out for everyone. "They'll both be fine." You assured her.
  11. You guys left to class shortly, parting ways. You had culinary science with not only Christian but your ex Jesse sixth hour. "Hey," you said to Christian, tying your blonde hair up. You sat on a stool. "What are we doing today?" You asked. "Free day. So we sit here and hope Jesse leaves us the hell alone." He smiled. Jesse was a terrible human-err, vampire being. When you dated him, he had treated you like crap and he hit you. Which is why you dumped him. Christian knew this. Mason only knew how messed up he was because if you told him he hit you, Jesse would be dead. "Ah, fingers crossed." You replied. No one liked Christian but people tended to leave him alone. The class talked since the teacher was laid back and gave you days like this all the time. You overheard Jesse talking to Ralf, his lesser half. Much less. They were talking about Rose. And sex. You bit your lip and closed your eyes. Being a senior, you weren't a virgin. You'd intended to save yourself for marriage but, when Mr. Seemingly-Mr. Right comes along, it's hard to say no. And you've only done it twice with your boyfriend you dated for 10 months and Jesse. Which you had considered more of rape. Although you hadn't exactly refused... he kinda forced you. "Isn't that right, _________?" Jesse asked. "Piss off, Jesse." You said. This was the only British term you still carried from your mother. You had picked it up at age 7. Before she killed herself.
  12. She didn't just pick up a gun and shoot herself in the face. She was diagnosed with Manic Depression when she was 16 and was hospitalized. At least that's what your dad told you. They met when she was released three years later, had you 6 months after and hot married when you were about 3 months. When you were 8 she killed herself. She was insane as well. The two strange things about her: she never specialized in an element, and she claimed to see auras. "Auras are a veil around a person that reflects their energy or personality." She told you one night before bed. She said your's was pink. "What? Are you bitter about our RELATIONS?" He asked. "Get a life." Christian said. Then, a pained look crossed his face. "What's this? How cute. You two are going to ride off into the sunset and turn strigoi together? That's sweet." Jesse said. This was what Christian feared about being your friend. Why he made you leave the attic almost 30 minutes before him. He didn't want you associated with him. "You should really turn off your stove." Christian said. Confusion crossed Jesse's face then, his shirt set on fire. He screamed and dropped to the floor. You held back a laugh. Ms. Fairwelle came over. "What on earth happened!?" She asked. Ralf helped Jesse up. "He lit me on fire!" Jesse exclaimed. "I did not." Argued Christian. Ms. Fairwelle turned to you. "What happened here, Ms. ________?" She asked.
  13. "Oh, I don't know it happened so fast." You said, playing victim. "I guess Jesse left his stove on and when he leaned over it... him and Christian were arguing so, I can see why he'd blame it on Christian instead of him own neglegence." You shrugged. Jesse stood there, dumbfounded and Ms. Fairwelle believed you. Jesse was chastised for bad kitchen safety. "Thanks..." Christian whispered. You walked back to your dorm and Mia was packing. "Oh... you're leaving?" There was no sympathy in your voice. "Yeah. Thank God. I couldn't stand another day with you if I say so myself." She said. "Yeah. My thoughts exactly. I'd ask why but I don't care." You said. She smirked. "Well someone moved to like Europe or whatever and I requested their spot like the second I found out 2 weeks ago. "Why didn't you tell me? I would've marked the date on my calendar." You said. She just rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Trust me, you'll miss me when you meet your new roommate." Like that, she was gone. For a second you were worried. But then you thought: "Well, anyone Mia hates probably likes things like puppies and kittens and world peace and everything good in the world. Which must be why Mia hates her." You hoped it was Natalie but didn't understand why she would switch. Maybe a new student? Then, it hit you. Of course! "Hey, I'm your new roomma- _______!?" "Lissa!!!" You exclaimed and ran into her arms, hugging her.
  14. She laughed. "I didn't realize you'd miss me so much!" She said. "Everyone missed you Liss! Have you talked to Natalie? She's worried sick!" You said. "Yeah, her dad was in the office with me, she saw me after classes." Liss said. You smiled. "Good. So, what happened with Rose?" You asked. You knew the answer. Liss and Rose were so close, if Rose had been expelled, Liss would punch someone then and there to get herself expelled. Actually, no. She'd probably ask them kindly to expel her. "We're both under hardcore house arrest and she has to do community service and extra training lessons with Guardian Belikov." She said. "Oh, sign me up for one of those. He's hot." You said. You finally felt like a teenage girl again. Even if you were talking about a thirty year old. Okay, not thirty but somewhere in his twenties. "Oh, my gosh no! He's like... Thirty." She said. Great minds think alike. "Age aside." You said. She pursed her lips and you just laughed. "Good to have you back, Liss. I missed you." You said, sitting on your bed. She sat on hers. "I missed you too, ______," she said. You asked her alot of questions about when she was gone. She easily avoided them though. What couldnt she tell you? Lissa stated that you probably didnt want to hear. And suddenly, you didnt.
