Pee holding challenge and Bladder capacity test

Do you want to do a fun challenge, and also learn a bit about yourself? This challenge both pushes you to the max, and estimates your bladder capacity

Have fun, and if/when you fail, simply put "I peed" on the challenge/question you peed on, and skip all the rest but the ending questions (they help calculate the final result)

  1. Lets get some basic info out of the way (this will help calculate your bladder capacity.)How do you identify?
  2. What is your age?
  3. Have you done similar challenges to this in the past?
  4. Great! Before the real challenge starts. Lets get a couple things out of the way. Please read carefully. 1. Make sure you have access to the bathroom at all times 2. This test references bottles of water ~500ml in size, check to make sure you have 2-3 of those. 3. Do not go above your limit, you know you, and if you need to go, its ok to to. 4. When you do pee, select the "I Peed" option for the question you failed on. Every question after that simply skip 5. Select banana if you have read and agree to the above
  5. Awesome! Now lets prepare for the challenge. Go to the bathroom right now, once you are back, drink an entire 500ml water bottle. Go to the next question once your bladder is full to the point when you would usually go to the bathroom
  6. Push on your bladder, how does it feel?
  7. Drink half of a 500ml water bottle and wait 10 minutes. How full would you say your bladder is after the 10 minutes?
  8. Do 5 situps, while doing the situps, how would you rate the urge to go from 1-10?
  9. Drink the rest of the water bottle we had half of earlier. Wait 10 minutes. How full would you say your bladder is?
  10. Push on your bladder, how does it feel?
  11. Lay down flat and look at your bladder, do you notice any bulge?
  12. Drink another half bottle, and start a stopwatch. Come back to this quiz when you feel your bladder is 80% full. How long did it take for your bladder to get there?
  13. Finnish drinking the bottle. Once you're done, lay down flat and look at your bladder, do you notice any bulge?
  14. Lay flat on your stomach for 1 minute. How strong is your urge from 1-10?
  15. Wait 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, how full do you feel?
  16. Push on your bladder, how full does it make you feel?
  17. At this point in the quiz, how are you doing?
  18. Get to a toilet, this is the final stage. Sit on the toilet and push on your bladder until you pee, how hard did you have to push?
  19. How much did you enjoy this challenge?
  20. Was this the most desperate you have been?
  21. Did you use water, or a different drink
  22. Was this your first time doing this?
