Harry Potter Roleplay (P1) (PLS CLICK)

First of all, I'm sorry if you're not a Ravenclaw. You'll just have to make do. Second of all, I'm sorry if you're not a girl. You'll just have to make do.

I'm not exactly sure on how this entire roleplay is going to finish, but yea. It might end on a love story, or death, or becoming a death eater, or dying.

  1. You walk into the hall as a first year student. Immediately, you notice the bustling tables of students chattering here and there. You feel a pang of nervousness. What if you get sent back to your wizarding family and not get put into Hogwarts?
  2. The sorting hat slowly reads out names. Cheers erupt from the four tables as each student is called out. Harry Potter. You freeze. Harry Potter? The boy who lived? Murmurs flutter around and the boy walks up to the hat. He’s blinking nervously towards the crowd, as if scanning for someone specific. You flash him an encouraging smile as he looks at you, and you lock eyes. The hat calls out his house and he retreats to a table. _____, Professor McGonagall calls out. You stand up and walk over to the hat, before clamping it down over your head. You’re so small that it covers your entire face. A small laugh echoes from the crowd. You think:
  3. You hate this embarrassment so you poke a thumbs up. Now, bursts of laughter scream out of your vision. Well…at least you pretended that you don’t care. Five minutes past and you're still sitting there. Gawd, you think. Then seven minutes. The sorting hat repeatedly mutters two houses.

  5. It's the next day. You’ve made one friend. Skylar Brown, a skinny first grader like you. You hurry for defence against the dark arts lesson. It’s a small guy named Professor Quirrel. He stutters as he teaches. You say:
  6. The next week, you hear rumours that Harry Potter got accepted into the Gryffindor Quidditch team. You think:
  7. “Excuse me!” You call out as everyone starts to stand up. “I have a small announcement, if that’s okay Professor Dumbledore. He says “Go ahead.” with a puzzled look plastered to his face. Murmurs erupt around you, but the Ravenclaw table stays silent. They know what’s coming. You start to speak, “How is it fair that Gryffindor gets an advantage? How is it fair that Harry Potter gets a free nimbus 2000 while us others get nothing but measly broom riding lessons.” You see Harry turn bright red in his seat. “We want equality.” You continue and pull out your scroll. “Please sign this petition so that everyone can join quidditch, regardless of their age so that instead it is based on skill.” The Slytherins nod because they probably would take every chance to go against Harry Potter. You pass them the scroll and conjure up two more and pass them to Hufflepuff and Gryffindor. You whisper _ to Gryffindor.
  8. You survey the surroundings before quickly apologising to Dumbledore for the inconvenience. “It’s okay,” he says. Some Gryffindors begin to grudgingly sign it and you grin. Harry is staring at you in his seat so you look away. A Slytherin boy walks up to you, carrying the scroll. “I’m Draco, Draco Malfoy. I’ll soon get a seeker position once this goes well.” He speaks and passes you the scroll that has 148 signatures.
  9. “Thank you!” You end up saying. “This has got to be your entire house.” He nods. “We all despise Gryffindor.” You smile back and take the scroll, before taking the Hufflepuff one where Cedric Diggory hands to you with 114 signatures, and the Gryffindor one is passed to you by Oliver Wood, the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain. He grins. “You got a fire in you _.”
  10. “Dumbledore,” You say after counting all the signatures. “Could you let first years attend the Quidditch tryouts? I’ve got 465 people to protest if this doesn’t go well.” Dumbledore glances bemused at the other teachers. “Well, I’ve got no right to refuse.” You:
