‘Okay.’ Maeve pecked her forehead, nestling up close to her.

Lavender blushed, looking up at her hopefully before looking back down. Stupid.

Maeve smiled, poking her cheek. ‘You’re cute when you blush.’

Lavender blushed even more, trying to hide her face. “You’re just saying that to tease me.”

‘Maybe a little, but you’re also really cute!’

Lavender shook her head, trying to block her face even more.

‘Well, I think you’re cute,’ Maeve said, kissing the top of her head.

Lavender could feel her face growing hotter. She huffed, burying her head in Maeve’s shirt again to hide her face.

Maeve giggled, stroking her hair.

“Stopppp. You’re too affectionate.” Lavender whined.

‘Nooo, I like cuddling you,’ Maeve whined.

“Well I-“ lavender didn’t know what she was going to say. “….I like it too.”

‘Do I have to stop?’

“Please don’t.” Lavender mumbled, pulling her closer.
