Richard leaned into him.

Caleb pat his head. He kissed the top of his head and pulled away. ‘I’ll see you later, ’kay?’

Richard frowned, but he nodded. "Okay."

Caleb blew a kiss to him, then walked out and shut the door.

Richard pretended to catch it, before crashing on the bed face up so he could see the ceiling.

Caleb walked to his office.

Richard missed him already. He stood up and walked to his room so he could get ready for the day.

Caleb forced himself into working and being productive.

Richard got into a nice button up and slacks because why not.

Caleb didn’t go to breakfast. He needed to catch up on this ridiculous amount of work. -
Richard didn't go to breakfast either because he decided he didn't need it.
