Ernie pulled back just a tiny bit once the kiss ended. He opened his eyes, smiling.

Mahina opened her eyes. She smiled softly, but her stomach was doing a three-sixty.

Ernie's mind was racing and cheering. He was stull blushing a lot.

Mahina touched his cheek with her thumb. ‘You’re very red, Frog Boy,’ she murmured.

That only made Ernest redder. "Well-uhm..." He couldn't find a good response to that.

Mahina smiled in amusement. ‘You good there? Not having a stroke or anything?’

"No." Ernie gave a shy chuckle. "Not having a stroke."

‘Good. I’d hate to have that affect on handsome boys.’

Ernie wasn't quite sure how, but he blushed even more. "I-tha-you-uhm..."

‘Oh, come on,’ Mahina chuckled. ‘I did give you a stroke after all.’

"D-did not." Ernest gave a small smile.

‘Thank god.’

"you'd miss me too much." Ernie chuckled.

‘I would,’ Mahina agreed with a chuckle.

That made Ernest smile. He leaned into her more.
