‘Ugh, fine, I forgive you!’ She had her fingers crossed behind her back. Lavender noticed and giggled. -
Jayden noticed her arm behind her back, and looked at her skeptically before shrugging. "Fine by me."

Maeve smirked and continued making her castle.

Jayden rolled his eyes, looking back at Chester. "Happy now?"

‘Very happy.’ Chester pulled him closer.

Jayden held him close, grinning.

Chester beamed.

Jayden smiled back.
