‘Blanket. Okay, I can do that.’ Collins tucked the rolls in her pocket. She felt bad about taking money from him, but figured he wouldn’t need it. Florence could probably walk into a store, growl at a couple people, take what he wanted, and walk straight out if he wanted to.
-
Florence smiled happily. He mimicked a crow call.
-
Collins looked around the room. Her phone pinged. She pulled it out to see a text from her mother. She grumbled and stuffed it back inside her pocket, choosing to ignore it. ‘Where to now?’
-
"I don't know." Florence said before mimicking a flamingo
-
‘Okay,’ Collins looked around the room. She grabbed an old piece of paper and folded it into a simple paper airplane, thought a fragile one due to the state of the paper. She threw it at Florence.
-
Florence darted out of the way first, almost faster than the eye could see before realizing it was just the paper airplane and he caught it delicately in his palm.
-
Collins blinked, almost missing his movement. She watched him in confusion before focusing on the plane.
-
Florence held out the paper plane to Collins, smiling.
-
Collins smiled back. She unfolded it and made it into a smaller, fancier airplane.
-
"woah, how do you make it change size like that?" Florence aned
-
*asked
-
‘You fold the paper differently.’ Collins threw the airplane at him.
-
Florence caught it delicately in his palm again then blew it over to Collins. "It's folded really cool." Florence said
-
‘I can teach you if you want,’ Collins offered, catching the plane. ‘If we can find some more paper.’
-
Florence jumped up. "I know where to find paper!" He exclaimed enthusiastically
