Hi, this is a roleplay based on orphanages back in the 1870's. Because of the year their will be NO devices such as mobiles and tablets, so basically nothing modern. They wouldn't be allowed toys so the only things they would of had were peg dolls hidden under pillows or uniform as a football. They were given barely any food about from porridge or gruel or bread with no butter.
The plot line is a group of friends around the age of 13, 14 live in an orphanage with horrible teachers who slap and punish. Not only that but you have to deal with bullies. The orphans slave away, each day with only short recreation.
I don't really know what else to add to the plot so just free-style but that's the backstory and kind of plot. I would like to add friendship, and maybe romance into this roleplay. You are okay to roleplay as male or female but they will have different rooms and only see each other at breaks and some lessons.
I'm looking for anywhere between 1 and 4 people to join. Please ask but it will probably be a yes. :) -

Noice, here's my CS's.
Name: Marvin Jackson
Age: 14
Appearance: pale skin, tall af, messy short-ish black hair, gray eyes, has sort of a makeshift cape that he likes to wear, two odd-looking scars under his eyes.
Personality: kind of an ambivert, doesn’t talk too much, intelligent, observant, has a chaotic side to him that would burn the whole place down without hesitation, but other than that is typically calm.
Disadvantages: doesn’t really stand up for himself, considered a “weird kid”.
Other: Anthony is his twin brother. He also loves cats. Has a few bits and bobs that he uses for magic tricks that he hides in his pillow.
Name: Anthony “Anti” Jackson
Age: 14
Appearance: pale skin, average height, messy short black hair that covers his eyes, gray eyes, too many scars to count all over him.
Personality: total extrovert, chatterbox, does not give two f---s about anything, gets in trouble a lot, mischievous, he’s basically a gremlin in a nutshell. he has a calm side to him that rarely comes out though.
Disadvantages: has a short temper, not really nice, overprotective.
Other: Marvin is his twin brother. Has a very weird obsession with sharp objects.

Age: 13
Appearance: Naturally slightly tanned skin spotted with a few freckles. Light brown hair that is cut to just below their ears. Dark brown eyes. Wire-framed circular glasses, one lense with a small crack at the top. Average height.
Personality: Introverted af. They barely talk to anyone but themselves, and is considered a "weirdo" for constantly doing so. They have a strong sense for right and wrong, though they barely ever speak up.
Disadvantages: Will not obey anyone that they do not somewhat respect (which is almost nobody) even in a life-or-death situation. In other words, stubborn.
Other: Crafty. Has a complete disregard for anyone but themsekf and people they care about. -
