Nat laughed. 'They'll probably give us privacy in my room, though,' she said with a small chuckle. 'Just grace yourself.' She opened the door.

Nikolai nodded, entering the house. The man- Terry- was reading a book on the couch, and raised an eyebrow when he saw Nik come in with Natsuki.

'Hello,' he said, seeming a little confused. 'How was a school, Natsuki?'
'Good,' Nat responded with a shrug. -
Nik smiled, walking all the way inside.
"And who are you?" Terry asked curiously.
"I'm Nikolai." -
'Nikolai,' Terry repeated, glancing down to their intertwined hands. 'Natsuki's friend?'

"Yeah, you could say that." Nik said with a slight chuckle.

Natsuki chuckled and started leading Nik to her room.

"Nice to meet you!" Nikolai said before following Nat up to her room.

'That was easy,' Natsuki mused quietly as they walked upstairs.

Nikolai nodded. "This house is big." He observed. "Bigger than most houses here."

'I guess,' Natsuki shrugged and she opened the door to her bedroom and walked inside.

Nik followed her, sitting on the foot of her bed.

After two months, Nat's room had grown more cluttered. Her new violin was leaning on a chair and her wardrobe was more full of clothes, as well as a few miscellaneous items here and there.
She set her bag next to the door and sat next to Nikolai. -
Nikolai kissed her cheek, smiling after doing so.
