Anne sat down opposite Lily, setting two spoons on the table. 'It is, I suppose,' she chuckled. -
Lily smiled digging her spoon into the porridge. The taste was lovely and creamy. The mixture burn her throat slightly but it felt nice to eat something warm for once.

Anne started her porridge, watching Lily's reaction intently. 'Do you like it?' she asked, a hint of worry in her voice.

Lily looked up at Anne and smiled. "I love it, it's lovely and it's warm"

Anne smiled and continued eating her own. 'Good. I'm glad you like it.'

(Timeskip to after breakfast?)

Once they'd finished their breakfast Lily turned to Anne. "What would you like to do now?"

Anne shrugged. 'I don't mind.'

"Have you ever been to the beach?" Lily asked. "I've never been, but it's meant to be magical"

'No,' Anne admitted. 'I've never been to the beach.'

"Ask your Mother, I'm sure she's been before, maybe she could take us!" Lily exclaimed getting excited.

'Maybe,' Anne said with a grin, taking Lily's empty bowl and putting it in the sink.
