Griffin glanced around as everyone was shuffling together, doing their tasks, He confirmed it would be better to wait until they were in Electrical, since that would be the best place to get a kill, if everyone was always so close together in there.
Soon, everyone had finished doing their sampling tasks. He signaled them all to follow him as Red skipped out of the vacant room. The noise had been overwhelming, with everyone chiming in on other's conversations.
Griffin had realized that the swarm in Security would be a good chance for him to kill someone. The chatter of the crowd would be too overwhelming for anyone to notice that anyone had died. Swiftly, he pulled out his knife, stabbed a random person (Who had to be White), then slipped his knife back into his pocket. He shifted a slight ways away, just to seem less suspicious.
Amelia finished with the Manifolds. She didn't have to do anything else in that room, so she went to go see how things were going in Security.
Amelia gave a loud shriek when she walked in.
There was Levi on the ground, his body leaking blood. She ran over and knelt beside him. "Levi!" she cried. She took off his helmet. "Levi, stay with me please don't go!" He wouldn't be able to survive another stab in the heart like this. "Levi, I love you so much." Tears were welling up in her green eyes and were already streaming down her cheeks.
Griffin felt a little guilty, but didn't hold back. "Oh my word, White's dead!" He shouted, faking his shock and sadness. He then lowered his voice down to a soft whisper. "Cyan, I'm so sorry... I knew he meant a lot to you... You didn't deserve this."
Red turned around, now putting her hand over her mouth with widened eyes as soon as she had spotted White's corpse.
Amelia could see that life had left Levi's body. It looked different than just being unconscious. He was dead.
"Levi...no..." Amelia said when she realized that he was gone. She put her head in her hands and curled up in a ball and started crying. She couldn't handle this.
Levi's figure faded out from his body into a barely visible form. He glanced down at his hands with a startle, before realizing he was dead. He peered up, to see none other than Amelia, whom was curled up in a ball choking out her tears. He silently came closer, before giving her a ghostly hug, though knowing she wouldn't feel it.
The others drew silent with fear as they realized someone had died during their loud chatter. They looked down at White's dead body with a worried glance of concern.
Griffin narrowed his eyes down at her as she continued to cry. Maybe he had chosen the wrong person to kill... He had never seen anyone this grief-stricken before. In a comforting fashion, he bent over, before putting his hand on her shoulder. "Hey, hey, everything's gonna be alright," He tried to console her. "I know he meant a lot to you, but just remember this; he's in a better place now. Would he want to see you crying over his corpse, or would he want to see you cheerfully doing wires without a worry in the world? You're a strong person, and you can get through this."
Amelia looked up at Black. "Just happily just continue with my tasks," she said, "and act like I never knew him, never loved him?" she said. She was starting to feel guilty. She had been able to save him last time, but not this time.
Amelia held her hands up, signaling for the girl in the red suit to stop. "I'm going to go," she said, standing up sadly. "I want to be alone. You guys keep on going with your tasks, I'll catch up later." She walked out of Security.
