"I see some land." Peter said hopefully.

"Here, let me take over," Annie suggested. "It isn't very far anyway."

"okay then," Peter said collapsing after handing over control to Annie.

Annie steered it over to land, setting down a bit bumpily.

"Peter, you know you can tell me when you're tired, right?" Engle said with worry lacing his tone.

Annie turned into a ginger cat again in order to be more nimble and hopped off, not wanting to interrupt the bromance.

"well, asking you questions can wait, you're out of energy." Engle said. "Hey Annie, can you help me with Peter?" Engle asked.

Annie turned into a lioness and picked her up with her massive jaws.

"thanks." Engle said walking.

Annie grunted and continued to carry Peter, being careful not to accidentally kill him.

Peter slowly woke up to see a lion's jaws. Peter screamed and started to panic.

Annie set him down. "Honestly, Peter."

"I'm sorry, I'm just not used to things like that." Peter said.

"I'd probably scream too," Annie admitted. "Do you want to sit on my back and try to sleep again or what?"

"no it's okay, I don't want to be dead weight on you two." Peter said.
