Midnight caught her before she whined softly.

Mei looked at her, eyes widek

Midnight cradled her in her arms as she looked back at her.

Mei smiled slightly, though she was shaking like a leaf.

Mei smiled. "Thank you." She murmured

Midnight nodded before she placed her on her head.

Mei blinked as she sat up, blushing as she looked around.

Midnight began to walk to a lake as she grunted.

Mei tilted her head, but didn't ask.

Midnight put her hand in the lake and scooped up some fish.she then blew out warm flames as she cooked the fish.

Mei smiled as her stomach growled.

Midnight took her gently off her head and placed her down.she then gave her the fish.
