Ruby licked at a small cut on her shoulder. "You're pretty tough, you know." Astro nodded in agreement.

Pebble: I smile a bit. "Oh, c'mon, I'm not that tough..." I say humbly.

Ruby nudged her playfully. "Oh come on! You beat me, and you probably could've beaten Astro..." "Hey!" "Relax...if you train, you might even be able to beat Icedrop or Stardust!"

Icedrop heard her name, then perked up her ears. "You did good. You beat Ruby, one of the best fighters!"

I laugh nervously, not really liking all the attention. I paw at the ground, "maybe... but I doubt it..." I say with a small laugh.

Icedrop laughed, wagging her tail slightly, "Wow!"

Ace walked up. "I heard she's a beta now. Congrats." He barked. He smiled at Icedrop. "She's good, but she could never beat you." He said, slightly blushing.

Dark padded over to the two. "What was that i heard?" He growled. "I hope that wasn't flirting."

Ace lowered his ears and growled. "It was nothing. Just talking."

"It better be." He growled raising his tail.

Icedrop snapped at Dark's ear. "Leave Ace alone!" She puffed. "We were....just talking," she said quietly.
